My story
I am so glad you found me and a warm welcome to my enchanting world of wild herbs!
My name is Renée and I have a passion for wild herbs and all that nature has to offer! For many years I have been fascinated by the diverse treasures that grow in nature – from delicate flowers to unique plants that can provide us with strength, enjoyment and sometimes even healing.
Through my training as a Certified Herb Educator I have discovered the power and magic in every plant. Here, I would like to share my knowledge about edible wild herbs, their uses and their many applications – for the kitchen, the home pharmacy or simply to explore nature.

Elderflower – fragrant healing miracle
The delicate, white blossoms of the black elderberry (Sambucus nigra) not only exude a captivating fragrance, but are also packed with healing powers. Their main active ingredients are essential oils, flavonoids, and mucilage—a soothing combination for colds. Elderflower tea has a diaphoretic, fever-reducing, and immune-boosting effect.
